Responsibilities
Supervision & Safety: Actively monitor and ensure the physical safety and well-being of all children in the childminding room while their parents or guardians are utilizing the facility.
Check-In & Verification: Welcome families upon arrival, facilitate a smooth drop-off process, and verify the appropriate childminding payment structure (e.g., daily drop-in, monthly add-on, or all-access inclusion) with the front desk or management system.
Child Engagement: Facilitate a positive, welcoming environment by engaging children in age-appropriate play, games, and activities.
Sanitation & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized childminding space. Routinely sanitize toys, wipe down high-touch surfaces, and ensure the room is reset and tidy at the end of each shift.
Parent Communication: Maintain clear and friendly communication with parents and guardians. Promptly notify a parent during their workout if their child needs immediate attention, assistance, or comforting.
Policy Enforcement: Uphold all facility safety and security protocols, ensuring that children are only released to their authorized parent or guardian at pick-up.
