Responsibilities
A closer look at the role
In this role, no two days look exactly the same. One day, you may be coordinating a project follow-up plan, preparing materials for a working session, and ensuring stakeholders have what they need to keep work moving. Another day, you may be supporting committee or project meetings, coordinating logistics for an upcoming event, or working closely with team members to keep timelines, deliverables, and communication organized. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being at the center of activity, bringing clarity, momentum, and coordination to important work without losing sight of the details.
You'll be part of a team that values initiative, collaboration, diplomacy, and community impact. Success in this role comes from being someone others can rely on. A person who follows through, communicates clearly, adapts quickly, and helps transform moving pieces into meaningful progress.
