Qualifications
• A degree or diploma in Social Work with no experience, or an equivalency.
• Applicants with prior CFS practicum or CFS summer student experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
• Work with experienced CI professionals who support your learning and development.
• Help assess child safety and support families using strength-based and trauma-informed practice.
• Build skills in casework, family dynamics, harm reduction, and Signs of Safety.
• Work collaboratively with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities and support culturally informed practice.
• Follow a robust learning plan to evolve your casework practice with an opportunity to move into a Delegated CI Practitioner role at a higher classification after your first year.
Salary: $2,640.88 to $3,408.48 bi-weekly ($68,927 to $88,961 annually)
