Our Parts Guides do just that – they guide our customers through the lifestyle, parts, and accessories they need to make the most of their RV camping experience. If you have stellar customer service skills and want to gain experience in a new and exciting industry, this might be the perfect role for you.
You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality, and we’ll provide the support, tools, and training you need to help people get camping!
Qualifications
About you:
You're lively, outgoing, and enthusiastic by nature
You enjoy meeting new and different people each day
You're often described as warm, helpful, and friendly, with an ability to put others at ease
You thrive in a role with multiple priorities and a fast pace
You take initiative, stay organized, and keep details top of mind
Requirements:
High school diploma
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
Camping and CRM experience an asset (but not required)
Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
Comfortable working with computers and operating cash systems
Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
This is a seasonal position ending at the beginning of September.
As an RV Parts Guide, you’ll be responsible for:
Greeting customers in a prompt and friendly manner
Finalizing parts and accessories transactions by closing each sale
Identifying customer needs and helping them select the best parts/accessory solutions
Providing education on product and accessory features
Following up with customers in a timely manner
Demonstrating proper use of parts and accessories
Maintaining, cleaning, and stocking merchandise and displays
