This isn’t your average internship. At BASF, you’ll:

What You’ll Learn:
How to conduct agronomic field trials and analyze crop performance.
The practical application of seed technology and hybrid development.
Field scouting techniques and crop health diagnostics.
Leadership and problem-solving skills in dynamic field conditions.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct field trials with the Agronomic Excellence team.
Assist with all phases of crop cycle activities — from land prep and planting to harvest.
Monitor field and research plots, collect data, and analyze results.
Supervise casual employees as needed.
Travel regularly within your assigned territory for field scouting and diagnostics.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
You’re currently enrolled in an agriculture or related degree program.
You’re passionate about agronomy, hybrid development, and field research.
You’re a strong communicator, organized, and ready to learn.
You have a valid driver’s license and are open to travel.
You’re familiar with agricultural equipment and field research practices (preferred but not required).
You’re detail-oriented and adaptable to changing field conditions.
To be eligible for this internship, you must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program. We do not accept applications from students who have already graduated.
