OneSchool Global is seeking a dynamic and creative Student Success Lead (Special Education Teacher) to fill a leave coverage in our Maple Creek Campus The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students and have experience working with students with diverse and high-level needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
SaskatchewanTeaching certificate
Inclusive Education Teaching Certificate or Post Baccalaureate in Inclusive Education
Strong understanding of the IEP process and documentation
Experience in alternative curriculum development
Experience teaching using virtual platforms
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
provide one-to-one and in-class support to students
assist teachers in modifying and adapting instructional materials and techniques to meet the needs of individual students
collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students
maintain accurate and up to date records of all student documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, behavioural plans and supporting data
meet with parents on a quarterly basis to discuss student progress and develop strategies for continued growth and success
provide coaching and professional development to teachers to enhance their ability to support students with diverse needs
