We are seeking five dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistants (trainee) to join. In this role, you will learn & support the pharmacy staff in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy. You will assist with medication administration, manage inventory, and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare professionals. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall patient experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of pharmacy technician duties and responsibilities is a plus.
- Interest in learning medical terminology and pharmacy skills.
- A strong commitment to build a career in the pharmacy industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in medication dispensing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies and monitoring expiration dates.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Support the pharmacy team in administrative tasks as needed.
