Qualifications

Registered Apprentice within Pipefitting
IRATA Level 1 required, or willingness to obtain. Ability to hire those with IRATA Level 2 and 3 as well.
CSTS/OSSA or OSSA BSO or OSSA CSO
CSE/M (Confined Space and Monitor and Entry)
ESC Fall Protection an asset
Strong work ethic
Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
Exceptional safety and quality awareness
Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Tacten is seeking professional, energetic, and forward-thinking Apprentice Pipefitters (All years welcome!) to support our client site at CNRL Horizon in Fort McMurray, AB. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.

We will certify you in IRATA Level 1 (Rope Access) course, and offer flexible project schedules that you can work throughout the year, flights, and camp/accomodations!

Project Details:

Local to Fort McMurray or able to fly out of Alberta Hubs (FIFO) Calgary or Edmonton
Location: CNRL HORIZON
6/1 turnaround rotation, 12 hrs/day
Start Date: Around May 15th
Duration: Turnaround until June 30th
