Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma with one year of related experience.
Proficient computer skills and organizational experience.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Assets: Experience in the forestry sector, contract management, heavy equipment knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements:
Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License (or equivalent) and a minimum 3-year Driver's Abstract.
Valid Standard First Aid certificate with CPR certification.
Current Defensive Driving certificate.
Responsibilities
Assist with financial operations, including invoice reviews and procurement card reconciliation.
Coordinate contracted resources for Fire Operations and Pre-Suppression needs.
Support procurement services for accommodations, vehicle rental, and more.
Maintain tracking systems for resources, employee and contractor day counts, and work assignments.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, duty officers, and internal/external associates.
Provide logistical support during emergency response situations.
Pay Rate
$21.95 to $26.81 per hour
