Do you see yourself working in excavation/earth moving?
We are looking for a team member to join our professional excavation company for seasonal hours (20-40 hours per week). Immediate start date.
The position is for a labourer but we are hiring the right person for our team. There is plenty of room for growth. If you are interested in operating equipment or truck driving, we can train the right person.
The position is for someone sincerely interested in our industry, has a great work ethic, is enjoyable to be around, and wants to grow and succeed with us.
We are owner operated, keep our equipment/vehicles clean and in great condition, take our industry very seriously and pride ourselves in our quality work.
We will pay competitively (starts at $18/hour), provide benefits (after 3 months), supply necessary training & experience, and provide room for growth but will expect you to actively support and participate in our business, make our jobs easier, grow your role, and contribute to an enjoyable & safe work environment.
Qualifications
Must have a valid class 5 drivers licence, a clean drivers abstract, your own transportation, and steel toe boots.
Responsibilities
The roles will be broad but require physical fitness and labouring (shovel, rake, check grade, plate tamp), potentially operating various equipment, cleaning/greasing/maintaining vehicles, equipment, & shop, work safely in all weather, contribute to our safety program.
