One dog is in the apartment already. A mini-Australian shepherd, 20 pounds. The female roommate preferred due to the dog being anxious around unknown men. The apartment is a 10-minute drive to the college and close to the mall and grocery stores. There is free parking in the street or $15 a month to park in the parking lot. Utilities are included in the rent besides heat and electric. There are washers and dryers available in the complex. It is mostly unfurnished |
