Available anytime in October (any day, will prorate) monthly rent $800 and $600 for damage deposit, a bungalow in Saamis Heights, and very close to MHC and bus stops. Downstairs there are 2 large bedrooms with 1 bathroom and upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (can be combined into 1 large space for an altered rent amount) with one bathroom (all bedrooms can be furnished or unfurnished). Plenty of amenity’s downstairs (living room, workout equipment, pool table, darts). There is 1 shared kitchen upstairs. There is garage space for storage but also 1 garage spot available for a fee starting around November, otherwise there is on street parking. Upper deck with furniture, and a large backyard (includes basketball net, hot tub) that back onto trails and greenspace. There will occasionally be 2 large dogs and a cat so must be comfortable with animals. You will not be allowed to bring any animals of your own, no parties, and must be tidy and respectful of property and others. Owner will only be around part time. |
