I am offering a complete furnished room to rent for a student attending Medicine Hat College.
The rent is $750. per month.
This includes a private bathroom, a small living space, (Furnished with a couch, TV, mini fridge) shared laundry and kitchen. Utilities are included, as well as, Wi-Fi. I am asking for a $100.00 damage deposit. The Student must provide their own food.
I would prefer a clean quiet roommate, with no parties, no drinking and no smoking in the duplex.
There is street parking, a bus stop across the street.
In North East crescent heights, my duplex is not too far away from the coop groceries, banking, shopper's drugs, restaurants, medical facilities, and entertainment.
