Entire suite is furnished with Queen bed, dresser, night tables, leather couch/chair, desk/chair. There is a gas fireplace, your own bathroom with tub and shower. The basement suite also has Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and hot plate. Access to the shared kitchen upstairs, which is shared with just the owner.
Rent includes Utilities, Wi-fi, and a TV with Netflix/Prime. No pets, no smoking/drugs or vaping, and no gatherings/parties. Just looking for a student that is wanting a quiet place for the upcoming school year.
Laundry facilities are negotiable. Close to bus stops, and about a 10 minute drive to the College or Mall area. Shopping centers are 5 minute drive and 5 minute drive to downtown.
